Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Intel Underwriting AI (the "Service") is provided by Intel Advance LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are contracting with Intel Advance LLC. Contact: admin@inteladvances.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

3. The Service

The Service is AI-assisted underwriting software that reads merchant applications and bank statements, summarizes financial data, flags risks and suggests funding terms. Usage is measured in credits as described on our pricing page.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

  • using it for unlawful purposes or in violation of lending, privacy or consumer-protection laws;
  • fraud, spam, or submitting documents you are not authorized to process;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfering with security, including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing credit limits;
  • attempting to jailbreak or manipulate the AI to produce illegal, hateful or harmful content;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service.

6. AI outputs and no advice

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your inputs, for having the right to upload them, for verifying outputs, and for all funding decisions. The Service does not provide financial, legal, credit or investment advice, and outputs are not a recommendation to fund or decline any business. Regulated decisions require qualified human review.

7. Content and intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your uploaded content solely to provide the Service. You own your inputs and, as between us, the outputs generated for you. Rights-holders may report infringing content to admin@inteladvances.com; we may remove content and suspend repeat infringers. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these Terms.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Pro renews monthly until cancelled; access continues to the end of the paid period.

9. Service level

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, or losses from funding decisions. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service anytime. After termination your deal data may be deleted; contact us within 30 days to request an export.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes are subject to the courts located in New York. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
