If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Intel Advance LLC, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Pro subscription payments and extra credit packs.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at admin@inteladvances.com and we'll help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from the Manage plan button in the app. Your plan and credits stay active until the end of the billing period you've paid for. See also our Terms of Service and Paddle's refund policy.
