Who we are

Intel Advance LLC operates Intel Underwriting AI and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: admin@inteladvances.com.

Data we collect and why

  • Account data (name, email, login credentials or Google sign-in identifier): to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
  • Uploaded documents and deal data (applications, bank statements, business and owner details you submit): to provide the underwriting analysis. Basis: contract.
  • Usage and billing records (credit usage, subscription status): to run the Service and enforce plan limits. Basis: contract.
  • Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, logs): for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. Basis: legitimate interests.
  • Support messages: to respond to you. Basis: legitimate interests.

For documents about third parties (such as merchants), you confirm you have a lawful basis and any required notices to share them with us.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host and operate the Service, including cloud hosting, database and AI model providers, under confidentiality obligations. AI requests are processed without the provider retaining your data for training.
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
  • Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and deal data until you delete it or close your account, then delete or anonymise it within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email admin@inteladvances.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Data is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and server-side handling of AI keys.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your deals. We do not use advertising cookies. Paddle may set cookies during checkout.
